Ashley Kahn is the award-winning music historian, journalist and educator. His voice has been heard on National Public Radio and he is author of popular books on music including Kind of Blue: The Making of the Miles Davis Masterpiece and A Love Supreme: The Story of John Coltrane’s Signature Album. He teaches courses on soul, rock, R&B, jazz and other music at New York University.
